matt and i want to have more kids someday and i want to give birth naturally. so im starting my research now. the book is really good. I would recommend it to any mom or soon to be mom

I haven't watched this doc yet or read the book, but I did a lot of looking into having a natural birth, not because I was anti drugs or other forms. I just wanted to do it without an epidurial and I wanted to feel as ready for anything. And I wanted to give myself the best chances for not having a c-section as possible to give us the best odds for a large family. In the end it was a bless because Alistair came so fast that we didn't make it to the hospital and Al was delivered by the midwife who lives across the street. I don't even want to think about what it would have been like with out her and without our prep. Great book we used was "the birthing book" by Sears.
