I was at my mom's today and she was tired, but I was determined to do some sewing, this skirt took me all afternoon, with many screwups and do-overs. By the time I was ready to do the hems and put elastic in the skirt, my mom was ready to take over because she was tired and sick of hearing the sewing machine. So she did the hems and she helps me re-sew some of the sqaures that came loose. I wanted to make the skirt all on my own, but I appreciate my mom helping me with it, so here are some pics of Alyson in the skirt. She is wearing a shirt with the earth and a bee on it and it says "Bee nice to the earth" She's my little "going green" girly!
